Working with Alex has been phenomenal, I’m forever grateful that my friend referred us to her. Alex was on top of everything and flexible making sure things got done from scheduling viewings, doing walk-thrus and pointing out pros and cons, to writing up our offer letter. Alex had our best interest in mind, no doubt about it. I loved how transparent and knowledgeable she was with everything in the market. We truly trusted her with this whole process-this was our first home buying experience. Alex was patient and always communicating with us which I absolutely loved, from sending us new listings daily to explaining things we didn’t understands, until we did. We found the perfect home that checked all our boxes, AND Alex got us seller help along with more from inspections. Amazing experience. I was buying my first house and she made everything easy and made me feel so comfortable. I got the house I wanted that had multiple offers on it. And I even got some seller credit. She is very knowledgeable about the areas in Baltimore County and the house condition. Could not recommend her enough!

Alex was a great navigator of the complicated process of being a first-time home buyer. She was extremely knowledgable about the pitfalls of buying and had an insane amount of expertise when it came to what were red flags, what to negotiate over, and what could be easily repaired after closing. She also has so many connections in the Baltimore world, made taking care of small things after closing very easy.

Alex did such an amazing job for us and was super knowledgeable not only in the real estate game but just general house knowledge! I also appreciated that she didn't try to sell us on everything we saw. She knew what we wanted and didn't want to just get us into any old house, she wanted to help us find what we wanted. And when we did find it she walked us through what to do to make it ours! She was also super genuine and always got back to us almost immediately. I would highly recommend Alex and we will definitely be using her if we ever decide to buy or sell in the future.
